I read with interest in the Barrhead News that Mr Murphy has been meeting with local business to assure them he is dooing everything he can for them during these dificult times.
Not bad when he didnt even respond to my e-mail when i was needing help and advice setting up my social enterprise, at a time when the Scottish Government seemed to be dooming start up social enterprises like mine, i went to Mr Murphy looking for help, thankfuly the Scottish Government saw their own loophole and pluged it before it was to late for me but im still awaiting Mr Murphy's responce to my approches.
I tried contacting him directly and through his party members who led me to think labour cared about local business. Mr Murphy's own actoions to ignore all these approches demonstrated what i already knew, hes lost interest in his constiuancy unless he is forced and MUST interact.
As a result of his inactivity my company is now based in Renfrewshire instead of in Barrhead.
Hes left me contemplating the unthinkable and considering voting tory at the next election, atlease they genuinly seem to want to help small businesses, and theres always the SNP thay are proactivly helping the third sector.
Instead of just "claiming" hes working for his constiuancy he should actually do somthing for us.
