Dear Mr Timpson,
Please accept my apologies for my rather abrasive tone in my previous comment. I thank you for your reply to my email, albeit a little late. I also thank you for not only considering my points, but actually passing them on to the ministers concerned.
Just a small point, it would be nice if you could possibly have some sort of "I have received your email....." auto reply. It could possibly alleviate any future misunderstanding.
