Dear Mr Conway,
I would just like to say that, as a Bexley village resident of 14 years and 5 years in Sidcup it is refreshing to know that constituents are given this opportunity to air their views and write personally to yourself.
Currently I am in contact with two Bexley councillors who have taken the views of Hurstbourne Cottage residents in hand with regard to a proposed residential development spearheaded by an aggressive developer which will compromise our way of life.
Can I keep you posted on any further developments?
Regards.

Dear Mr Conway
As a Sidcup/Bexley Resident for the last 30 years I am fearful of the consequences of closing the service at Queen Mary's Hospital. My children were born there, any problems they had requiring hospitalisation during their childhood were treated at this hospital, my elderly father had many appointments at clinics there, and having a hospital with easy access on our doorstep has always been a priority of living in this area. What will happen when the facilities offered are withdrawn, is this the start of the hospital's demise? Bexley residents will be driving all over the region to reach other hospitals for treatment. I despair that these closures are just the start. Mrs Denise Needham, Sidcup
