Following the loss of the 10% tax break, I am concerned that Labour are taking other vulnerable peoples opportunities away. Today I shall try to ask the Prime Minster why disabled anglers have seen their fishing licence fees increase by 37% when able bodied people pay only an extra 2%. It does seem unfair. Bill
