The House is in recess this week; next week, I am initiating a debate on Macular Degeneration - a condition that affects the eye-sight of mainly older people, where I believe more can be done by the Government. I will also be giving evidence to the Modernisation Select Committee on empowering the Backbencher. I am delighted that 50 people are now tracking my activity.

I wish that more than 50 people were interested enough to sign up for these newsletters. Perhaps you could include a link in your newsletters to enable them to be passed on to a friend?
