I find it dissapointing that you have failed to contact me regarding the issue of train noise in my area, even after having received Emails from yourselves suggesting you were going to look into the matter. Basildon's Environmental are not interested in pursuing any complaint either due to costs. In the meantime we have to suffer and endure this awful noise. Could you not even visit the location to witness the problem first hand ?

I see no point in emailing you as you do not reply. I emailsed you in 2003 & again in 2004 & to date have had no replies apart from the officil "have recieved your email & will be responding etc"
