Thank you for getting in touch
Posted by Edward Miliband, MP for Doncaster North, at 13:14, Mon 16 October 2006:
Hello
Thank you for getting in touch with me. I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you and let you know a bit more about what I do.
In short, as your MP I am here help people who have problems with issues connected with government, such as hospitals and the NHS, pensions, child support and other public services. We’re also here to work with the community on the things that matter to them. My office and I can’t work alone, we need your help.
There are three reasons to get in touch with my office. • If you have a problem and need help or advice • If you want the office to hear what you have to say • Or if you want to join in with some of the things we are already doing.
Some of the issues we are currently working on include developing better services for young people; working with the community for a mobile cinema; campaigning for a community radio station; campaigning for a greener Doncaster North; working to help re-open Hatfield pit and develop a clean coal strategy; and promoting a better tranpsort network.
If you want to get involved please email me at milibande@parliament.uk
If you have any ideas for our area I am really keen to hear them. Email me if there are any local or national issues you want to discuss. If 3 or 4 of you get together and want to discuss an issue let me know I will come to meet you to discuss it.
I look forward ot hearing from you.
Best wishes
Ed Miliband
