Housing developments
Posted by Philip Davies, MP for Shipley, at 15:46, Mon 2 August 2010:
I was pleased to welcome Greg Clark, Minister of State for Decentralisation to Shipley last Thursday to discuss the two controversial housing development sites at Menston and Micklethwaite.
Great to hear that local authorities can now change their Unitary Development Plans at any time to reflect the local situation.

I found it disheartening to have had a more positive input from the Leeds councillors. Thanks for your efforts on behalf of menston residents.

Thank you for your interest in these two developments, both of which affect me quite considerably.
Look forward to hearing the results of your discussions.
