The Marching season is on us, cuts to Jobs and Services are also in the New’s Is now the time to consider a system of policing all march’s whereby the organization holding the parade pays to have it policed?

Yes, I think that is a very good idea. Perhaps when they have to spend their own money instead of public money they might think twice on how many parades they can afford.
