If you are going to email me it would help if there was some actual content. Then again when I've contacted you in the past regarding such issues as ID cards, your responses have always been free of any meaningful information, so no change there then. That's an E- and must try harder.

Hello Ivan, You know me well enough and I know you as a good "local" MP. Pity we were not able to say the same about David Sumberg (Con) your predecessor However,If more people had known who their M.P.was (and cared!) your party would not have been allowed to get our country into the mess it is in. For it was not just a Global thing. It was the ineptitude, the "off the Planet" thinking ,the "tax and spend"and the passive kowtowing to the European Union plus ( I grant)our apathetic attitude to your then Government that allowed it to happen. What ever the Tories do in due course I think at least for the time being, the Labour Party and its incumbent hypocrites could do worse than just keep their heads down and save their overweening arrogant criticisms and play acting opposition motions for some self navel contemplation.You have done quite enough damage for now with Brown and Blair now seen as traitors to our basic values.I will continue in the meantime to support UKIP (as you well know), and scan the news for when David Chaytor and co. start their "porridge" Regards,Brian

Hi Ivan.
We as a family were delighted to hear that you were reelected as our local MP. As a parent of a child with autism, your interest and support has always been very much appreciated, as it is by many of the parents from Hurdles Support Group for Children with disabilities in Bury. I can honestly say with hand on heart that you are a man of the people and that you care passionately about the constituency and its people. Unfortunately, I cannot say this about many MP's from all the parties, who I feel should take a leaf out of your book and realise that they work for the people not themselves. Keep up the good work Ivan, you will always have out vote as we feel extremely lucky to have you as our MP.
