Excellent to see that some Labour MPs are still on the side of the low-paid workers of the world. I believe that no company should be given contracts by Government, either local or national, unless they sign up to the Living Wage - which, let's face it, is hardly generous itself, yielding less than £20,000 a year for a 40-hour week even in London. Any company that refuses should be blacklisted - unless its managing director and board members are also paid less than the Living Wage.

As for interns these should be banned as well but one step at a time!

This is on the message Roger congratulates Sotheby’s workers who fought to win Living Wage and better working conditions.
